Tiffany Lamp Assessment Form

While we invite your inquiries regarding our services and general information as it pertains to items you may have in your possession, please note, we will not provide a specific appraisal, authentication, pricing information or complete evaluation on any item, unless we have been contracted to serve as your exclusive broker for that item.


If you haven't already done so, please take a moment to carefully read over the information provided on our Brokerage Services page. It may save us all valuable time by helping you determine if the services we offer and the standards we maintain are a fit for you or not.

Along with needing good, clear, digital photos, to take the time to properly assess what you have, and to do our best to authenticate it as a real Tiffany lamp or not, we request that you please complete the following questions. Completing this form, puts you under no obligation whatsoever, it's merely the simplest way for us to assess what you have, and do our best to evaluate its potential for interest to our buyers.
